Ömer Omar presented Diadem and its foundations at the UHMob international conference in Mainz, where realising a high charge mobility was at the heart of the discussion.
The UHMob International Conference was held at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz from September 6-9, 2022. Many presenters spoke of the need for realising a high charge mobility to ensure effective real-world devices. Studies delving into the temperature-dependence of materials, or how phonons can influence the charge transport are just some examples of the efforts in this dynamic field; however, the number of studied materials still appear to be limited.
Diadem will offer a clear path in the discovery of ultrahigh mobility materials by providing easy access to a large number of novel materials. The power of screening can be invaluable in the production of new and efficient devices.
