The DiaDEM project team is participating in the EIC Coaching Programme

As part of the EIC Coaching Programme, Juhani Pääkkönen, a highly experienced executive in international B2B services and high-tech companies, has provided the DiaDEM team with personalized expert business coaching. This coaching process aims to validate our business plan and value proposition through an independent expert, helping us turn our innovation into a valuable asset from a business perspective. With the coach’s involvement, we are developing a short-term commercial roadmap. Additionally, Juhani is advising us on refining our business plan presentation to attract investors.
